Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through the online manuscript submission system. Submissions by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted.

Authors are invited to provide the names of four well qualified reviewers. Current e-mail addresses must be provided for all suggested reviewers.

Regardless of the source of the word-processing tool, only electronic PDF or MS-Word files can be submitted through the online submission system. If for some technical reason online submission is not successful, the author can submit the manuscript to submission@ijaer-transaction.com

1. The full text, references, tables, and figures of each submission must be included in a single PDF or MS Word document. Any updated manuscripts that are ready for publication should be supplied as one Word document that can be edited. LaTex papers can also be published, but they must first be reviewed in PDF format.

2. English should be used for all manuscripts. A title page should be the first page of the document file. It should contain the title, author(s), and affiliations along with a 100–300 word abstract and 3-5 keywords. Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, and Introduction come after that.

3. Each figure or image must be delivered as a separate jpg or tif file with 500 dpi and different characters and symbols (dots per inch). Printing your numbers from a computer will allow you to verify them. The personal printer copy's appearance should be somewhat comparable to the internet version. Equations and tables ought to be in an editable format rather than a picture. Word or Excel must be used to edit tables. Equation Editor is required to edit equations. Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, etc. should be used to refer to the figures, tables, and equations in order.

Whether you type your manuscript before submitting it or after it has been accepted, make sure it is single-spaced and that all of the letters in the text, tables, figure legends, footnotes, and references are in the same typeface and size, which should be 10 pt Times New Roman. This will free up space, making it simpler for editors and reviewers to evaluate the submitted work, and use less paper, which helps to slow down global warming.
